4/11

Useful novice hurdler last season (fourth in Aintree Grade 1 final start) and made an impressive winning start to his chase career at Hexham (3m, heavy) last month, jumping like an old hand. Definitely more to come.

85/40

Bumper/dual hurdle winner who took his record to 4-4 when readily winning a warm Carlisle novice handicap on his chase debut in October. Lost his unbeaten record with a bit of a whimper at Chepstow 4 weeks ago but well worth another chance back on soft ground.

Forecasts

Crystal Glory (4/11), Iron Bridge (85/40), Gold Cup Bailly (9/4)

A small field but a very interesting race featuring 3 promising chasers. IRON BRIDGE clearly wasn't quite himself at Chepstow but his winning chase debut form is very strong so he's given another chance.
