Verdict

The Daniel & Claire Kubler-trained duo, GLAM PUSS and Southwold, both make plenty of appeal. The latter didn't beat much at Newcastle but it was a promising start to his career nonetheless and there should be better to come. Still, conceding 11 lb to stablemate Glam Puss may prove a step too far. The selection chased home an unbeaten and progressive type on her belated introduction at Kempton and moving up in trip here will suit. Heretic is third choice ahead of Dubai Immo.
