Useful winning hurdler who shaped well on chase debut when second at Uttoxeter in October. Disappointed at Cheltenham next time, but back on track when third at Carlisle last month. Interesting on handicap bow with tongue strap applied.
Lightly-raced for his age, defying a 16-month absence when successful in handicap hurdle here back in February 2021. After another 18 months off, well held on chase debut at Ayr (16.5f) in October. Others more persuasive back over hurdles.
Fair 2m hurdles winner who shaped better than the distance beaten suggests when fifth of 11 in handicap at Carlisle (20f) on chase debut in October, racing freely. Open to improvement with the drop back in trip to suit.
Looked a useful hurdling prospect when scoring at Wetherby last February and wasn't seen to best effect when runner-up at Hexham the following month. Has 21-month absence to overcome as he makes chase/handicap debut.
Took well to fences last season, winning handicaps at Haydock and Newcastle. Looked rusty after 9 months off when well-beaten third of 5 at Doncaster last month. Could fare better with visor now back on.
Enjoyed a terrific 2021/22 campaign, completing a 4-timer in handicaps earlier this year, and stepped up on his reappearance when recording a second C&D success in November. Leading contender.
Hexham specialist who was back to winning ways there last month. Again ran well when finding only an improved rival too strong at Southwell 18 days ago. Not dismissed lightly in current mood.
Resumed winning ways at Carlisle in November last year, but has added to a patchy record in his 4 starts since. After 8 months off (had another wind op) stopped quickly when down the field at Newcastle last month.

Jetoile (9/4), Donny Boy (5/2), Wheelbahri (11/2), Cedar Hill (11/2), Franigane (7/1), Treshnish (9/1), Corrieben Reiver (12/1), Oscars Leader (14/1), Well Above Par (22/1)
Having enjoyed a productive campaign in 2021/22, WHEELBAHRI resumed winning ways at this C&D last time and he is taken to add another success to his tally. Jetoile is feared most as he makes his handicap debut, ahead of Donny Boy who can progress from his first start over fences back down in trip.
