5/2

Confirmed chasing debut promise when winning 9-runner novice at Punchestown (19.7f, good to soft) 22 days ago. Open to further improvement and looks potentially smart.

Left chasing debut form behind when winning 9-runner maiden (11/2) at Thurles (22f, soft) 27 days ago. Yard in good form. Should progress further.

Useful dual winner over hurdles but ran below that level on Navan chasing debut. Fell before halfway in novice won by Marvel De Cerisy at Punchestown since.

2/1

Useful hurdler. Winner here in January. Good second of 9 in novice hurdle (11/2) at Punchestown (16f, good to soft) on final outing. Significantly up in trip and appeals as the type to make a better chaser.

Form: 5/21322-

Macs Charm²³⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 11-3| J: Brian Hayes| T: Colm Murphy

14/1

Quickly developed into a useful hurdler, completing a hat-trick at Naas in March. Pulled up in handicap at Punchestown (23.6f) on final outing but was possibly amiss. Makes chase debut.

Forecasts

Ha D'Or (2/1), Marvel De Cerisy (5/2), Hallowed Star (11/2), The Goffer (6/1), Carrig Sam (8/1), Dunboyne (12/1), Macs Charm (14/1), Francin (150/1)

HALLOWED STAR was still going well when falling 4 out in a Grade 2 at Punchestown last month and remains an exciting prospect, so he's fancied to get back to winning ways, perhaps at the chief expensive of Marvel de Cerisy, who created a fine impression at the aforementioned venue recently. Ha d'or has the physique of a chaser and needs taking seriously, also.
