Opened his account with a very easy win in 5-runner Market Rasen novice hurdle in April and took his form up a notch albeit in far from convincing fashion when doubling his tally there 7 weeks ago (idled near finish in first-time cheekpieces, just held on). Could do better now chasing.

Scored twice over hurdles here for Tom Lacey last term and fared better than previously in this sphere after 6 months off at Kempton, an aggressive ride seemingly keeping him motivated. No easy ride and uncertain to be in the same form.
Winless since early 2021 and well beaten on return at Wetherby. Dropping in the weights all the while.
Confirmed previous promise over hurdles when off the mark in novice handicap at Hereford (19.7f) in February. Bit below that level tackling fences for the first time on return at Ffos Las and he'll need to brush up his jumping if he's to progress.
Big improver in handicap hurdles in 2021, winning at Taunton and Fontwell (25.8f) in the space of a week. Not seen for 19 months but lightly raced and no reason why he can't do just as good over fences if all is well.
2m maiden hurdle winner in Ireland on debut in March 2021. Well beaten and pulled up both starts for this yard last season and plenty to prove now going chasing after 10 months off.
Off the mark over fences (21.2f) in handicap at Fakenham on New Year's Day. Probably needed the run after 9 months off at Bangor on return, shaping much better than the distance beaten suggests. Dropped 2 lb and a live contender here.
Fair chaser who won 2 handicaps last season. Stiff task at Galway when last seen in July and returns on a workable mark.
Fairly useful for Henry de Bromhead and the odd bit of promise in handicap chases for Olly Williams last season. Has tumbled in the weights ahead of this return for another new stable.
Standout effort over hurdles when runner-up in 21f Warwick maiden at the end of March. Has a pointing background and should make a chaser but was easy to back and undone by a mistake first time up after 6 months off at Exeter. Headgear reached for.
Failed to make an impact in 3 outings over hurdles last season but possibly needed the run after 8 months off at Worcester, interesting that he was sent straight over fences for his handicap debut. Too soon to be giving up on him in this sphere (dam winning pointer). Interesting.

ANIMAL ran an encouraging race on his comeback at Bangor 6 weeks ago and could be worth chancing in a trappy handicap. Dawn Raider returns on a workable mark, while Art Decco could do better on his second go over fences for Robert Walford.
