Collingham³⁷

Age: 4| Weight: 12-2| J: Theo Gillard⁽³⁾| T: D McCain Jnr| OR: 122| BF| C

5/4

Back on the scoresheet when landing a 6-runner handicap at Wetherby on return in October. Another good shift when going down narrowly at Ayr (2m, soft) next time, for which a 3 lb rise is fair, but it's a slight concern that he was below par on sole previous attempt at this trip.

Made For You^t¹⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-13| J: Daire Davis⁽¹⁰⁾| T: O Murphy| OR: 119| C

5/4

Four-time winner from 22 starts in this sphere and generally a reliable sort. Positive start to this season when chasing home the in-form Warranty at Warwick (19f, soft) and while he remains 6 lb above his last winning mark, his claims are pretty compelling.

Form: 2252-92

No Mor Isolation¹⁰¹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-5| J: Sam Ewing| T: S R B Crawford| OR: 97

13/2

Little impact in 4 maiden hurdles and the switch to handicap company failed to prompt improvement when down the field at Down Royal (17f, good) on latest start in August. Represents a respected Irish yard but clearly needs to take a big step forward.

Form: F0500

Red Missile^p,t¹¹⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 10-5| J: P W Wadge⁽⁸⁾| T: Miss Lucinda V Russell| OR: 97| CWS

10/1

Opened hurdles account in a Perth maiden in September 2021 but it's been mostly downhill since and was pulled up at that course when last seen during the summer (since undergone a second wind op).

Form: 33560-P

Forecasts

Made For You (5/4), Collingham (5/4), No Mor Isolation (13/2), Red Missile (10/1)

MADE FOR YOU and Collingham should have this between them, given that Irish-raider No Mor Isolation has yet to show any real spark and there's no real reason to anticipate a revival from Red Missile. Collingham has resumed in good order this season but his stamina for this trip is by no means copper-bottomed, a factor which tilts the scales in favour of Made For You, who was a creditable second in a more competitive race than this at Warwick recently.
