Fair on Flat (stays 1m) and made ideal start in this sphere when winning 7-runner juvenile at Warwick a month ago. Could do better, so merits respect despite the penalty.
Dam half-sister to useful hurdler (stays 3m) Kashmir Peak: Fair on Flat, stays 1¼m, won in summer, well held last time. Worth a market check on hurdling bow.
Fairly useful form on Flat (should stay 1¾m+). Sold from Sir Michael Stoute 62,000 gns in July but disappointed in a juvenile at Fontwell on his first go over hurdles. Not one to write off.
Fourth of 10 to Libeccio in listed newcomers race at Auteuil on hurdling debut, battling on after making lot of running. Has left David Cottin since. Should improve, and is plainly the one to beat for a yard that's won this race twice in recent years.
Fair on Flat (stays 1¼m), winning twice in 2022 for Clive Cox. Stopped quickly when pulled up in a juvenile at Huntingdon on hurdling debut but he's in good hands and it's too soon to write him off.
Well held in varied events on Flat and makes little appeal on his first try over hurdles.
Half-brother to useful hurdler Jeff Kidder. Modest handicapper on Flat and showed something to work on when fourth at a big price in a 7-runner juvenile at Fontwell on hurdling debut. Needs to improve markedly from that, though.
Fairly useful and reliable maiden on Flat, stays 2m, creditable fourth in handicap last time. Sold from James Ferguson 30,000 gns later in October. Interesting hurdling newcomer.
Dam sister to fairly useful hurdler (stayed 21f) Westbrook Bertie Fairly useful on Flat, stays 1m, won minor event in May but down the field in handicaps since. Has left Mick Channon.
Fair maiden on the Flat who failed to come up to market expectations when a well-held third in a juvenile at Southwell 3 weeks ago. Needs to leave that form well behind.

Forecasts
Kansas Du Berlais (8/15), Non Stop (5/1), Planet Legend (17/2), Midnight Train (12/1), Havaila (18/1), Sabyinyo (20/1), Benjamin Bear (22/1), Penna Rossa (28/1), Tying The Knot (33/1), My Friend Woody (150/1)
KANSAS DU BERLAIS was a narrow fourth in a listed newcomers event on hurdling debut and, having been picked up by Gary Moore (who has won this race twice in recent seasons), he probably won't need to improve to open his account. Non Stop, who made a successful start in this sphere at Warwick a month ago, looks a feasible danger and Planet Legend is the pick of the hurdling debutants.
