Resumed winning ways in a match here (2m) in March but poor next 2 starts 7 months apart, albeit shaping as if needing the run 19 days ago.

Belied odds of 40/1 to make winning start for this yard at Wetherby (19.4f) 12 months ago and largely performed well thereafter, including scoring here (23.4f) in March. Respectable third at Wetherby on return and likely contender.

Made a very good start over fences for this yard in the spring, winning 3 times. Back on the upgrade when narrow winner over C&D last week, clear of rest, and needs considering under a penalty.

In fine form at Catterick last season, winning twice around 2m. Ran as if amiss (bled) at Carlisle on final start. Will need a career best if he's to defy this mark on reappearance.

Some respectable efforts last season and should come on for return but he last tasted success in March 2020 and his stable has yet to really get going. Others are preferred.

Irish point winner. Fair form in maiden hurdles last season, off the mark here over this trip final start. Type to make a better chaser so respected. Has had a breathing operation.
