11/10

Bolted up on chase debut over C&D in March and back to winning ways at Kelso last month, experience and race fitness probably counting for a fair bit. Should go well again.

Age: 7| Weight: 11-11| J: Alan Johns| T: S Allwood| OR: 105| CD

6/4

All the better for chase debut when winning over C&D and Warwick in the spring. Back on the up when resuming winning ways at Sedgefield 6 weeks ago and should make another bold bid from the front.

Form: 831-141

Heart Of A Lion²³

Age: 7| Weight: 11-10| J: Tom Cannon| T: A King| OR: 104

4/1

Off the mark over fences at first attempt in 2m Ludlow novice handicap a year ago. However, he's not built on that (reportedly bled final start last season, ran in void race Oct 25). Plenty to prove.

Forecasts

Heritier (11/10), Bempton Cliffs (6/4), Check My Pulse (10/3), Heart Of A Lion (4/1), Coastguard Station (15/2), Lucky Robin (10/1)

BEMPTON CLIFFS has taken well to fences, winning 3 of his last 4 starts, and should make another bold bid from the front. Heritier and Check My Pulse also scored last-time-out and they head the dangers in a competitive-looking contest.
