Fame And Glory mare who was a shade too keen when fourth in a Bangor bumper just over 3 weeks ago. Could have more to offer with that under her belt.

Blue Bresil filly who shaped promisingly first time up when runner-up in a Fontwell bumper in May 2021. Failed to see things out at Ludlow 3 weeks later and having left Nicky Henderson since, she's tough to fancy returning from an 18-month absence. Had wind op and tongue tie applied.

15/2
Soldier of Fortune filly who caught the eye when fourth over C&D just over 8 weeks ago, shaping well from much too far back the way things went. Sure to improve markedly from that effort, she's a must for the shortlist.

Fair form in pair of French bumpers, best effort when second at Pau (12f) in December for Nick Littmoden. Probably needed the outing on yard debut at Haydock in May but now has another absence to overcome. Had wind op and a tongue tie is applied.

Masterofthehorse filly who was better positioned than most in finishing placed first time up at Southwell back in June. Has joined a top yard and she's certainly worth a second look.

Forecasts

Mollie Brown (10/3), Walk Of No Shame (6/1), Fortune Forever (15/2), On Se Calme (8/1), Rose And Thistle (8/1), Smurfette (9/1), Pollyonesock (10/1), Our Nel (11/1), Spice Heaven (14/1), Magistra Equitum (16/1), Blackhorse Lady (25/1), Blue Anchor (25/1), Harthill (33/1), Shiroccosmagicgem (40/1), Anne Bonny (40/1), Whisperonthewind (50/1), Ilary De L'Ecu (50/1), Blue Heaven (150/1)

Verdict

Plenty in with a squeak but preference is for FORTUNE FOREVER. Fergal O'Brien's filly caught the eye when finishing a staying-on fourth over C&D in September and with that outing under her belt, she's fancied to get the job done with considerable progress on the cards. Walk Of No Shame heads up the dangers of those with experience, while Smurfette, Rose And Thistle and Our Nel all make plenty of paper appeal.
