Pulled up both starts between the flags and limited encouragement in 3 bumpers. First run for yard after leaving L J Morgan.
Picked up for £80,000 after finishing second in a point. Showed fair form on the second of 2 starts in bumpers but ran below that level sent hurdling at Carlisle (20f) 23 days ago. Should do better in time.
Gentlewave gelding. Dam (h85), temperamental maiden hurdler, half-sister to jumps winner up to 2¾m (including multiple Grade 1's in US) Hirapour. Runner-up completed start in points (Apr 16) but yard's runners tend to be brought along steadily.
Pulled up in sole point but showed more when fourth of 11 in hunter chase at Punchestown (21f) on NH debut in April. Since left John Joseph Hanlon for £14,000. Tongue tied.
Useful bumper winner who made an encouraging start over hurdles after almost a year off when third in 14-runner maiden at Chepstow (19.4f) 18 days ago, needing emphasis more on stamina. Will improve.
£10,500 3-y-o, Sageburg gelding. Dam unraced. Off mark in points at second attempt, narrowly beating only other finisher (Mar 13). Yard quiet at present but still worth a look in the betting. Has already had a breathing op.
Saint Des Saints gelding. Dam, placed over hurdles in France, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/smart chaser (stayed 23f) Polidam. Runner-up sole start in Irish points (Mar 20). Yard going well and needs a market check.
Off mark in Irish points at second attempt and showed fair form when placed on 3 of her 4 starts in bumpers. Step up in trip ought to suit now hurdling and holds solid each-way claims.
Third sole start between the flags but has shown only minor promise in a bumper/maiden hurdle to date.
Showed some promise in bumpers but made a discouraging debut in this sphere in a first-time hood after 11 months off at Huntingdon recently, losing touch quickly 3 out.

Lookaway (4/7), Leading Choice (2/1), Saladam (9/4), Supreme Gift (11/4), Gentle Frank (8/1), Carlo Du Berlais (22/1), Quick Sharpener (28/1), Safe Destination (40/1), Jigginstown King (66/1), Adamhill (66/1), Dooyork (66/1)
LOOKAWAY showed a high level of form in bumpers last season and looks to have been found a good starting point over hurdles. He can get off to the perfect start at the likely expense of Leading Choice, who seems sure to build on his opening Chepstow third. Supreme Gift and Rules-newcomer Saladam are others worth a mention.
