Useful bumper/hurdles winner who ended last season with another success in class 2 novice hurdle here (20.25f). Respectable start over fences when third of 5 in novice handicap here (19.75f) on return 3 weeks ago and entitled to build on that.

Taken well to fences this year, winning for the third time at Cartmel in August. Made the most of much lower hurdles mark at Downpatrick 8 weeks ago and his assured jumping should count for plenty around here.

Long-standing maiden over fences but decent placed efforts last 2 starts. Place claims.

Career-best win over hurdles here 2 years ago. Looked rusty sent chasing on first run since at Uttoxeter 2 weeks ago and likely to need this again.

Built up a good strike rate over hurdles last season, gaining fourth victory in a Wincanton novice (15.2f) in February. Given a considerate introduction to chasing at Ffos Las after 7 months off, though he still went with little encouragement.

Showed a good attitude to overcome a double penalty at Plumpton in March and shaped as if retaining all his ability after 6 months off when fifth at Chepstow. Had point experience before his Rules career so that augers well for this first start over fences, though he is 2 lb out of the handicap.

Dual bumper winner who made a sound enough start over hurdles last season, gaining second victory from 5 starts in 5-runner Market Rasen novice (18.6f) in March. Type to make a chaser but made a low-key start at Ffos Las on return and 3 lb out of the weights here.

Useful novice chaser when under the care of Nick Mitchell in 2020/21 but well held in 2 outings last autumn (when trained by Ralph Smith) and not seen since. A long way out of the handicap here and can only be watched.

Progressive-hurdler Pull Again Green offered plenty to work on when third on his chase bow/return here 3 weeks ago and looks the obvious threat.
