Off the mark in bumpers at the third attempt when making all in a 6-runner Newton Abbot event (16.8f) in July. Last month's hurdle debut was hardly an ideal start (swerved right and unseated rider at the first flight) but obvious contender if he's learnt from that.

Maiden Irish pointer who probably needed the run when well held on Carlisle hurdling debut 3 weeks ago. More likely one for the longer term.

Showed fair form in a brace of bumpers last season, caught near finish having quickened clear briefly 2f out at Sedgefield on most recent outing. Likely to be well primed for hurdling debut, so must enter calculations.

Runner-up on the second of 3 bumper starts and was ridden too aggressively on Hexham hurdling debut in May. Pulled up back there 5 months later but shaped as if better for the run.

Fairly useful handicapper on Flat for Ivan Furtado, stays 1½m, respectable effort last time. Interesting recruit to hurdling in an ordinary race.

Fairly useful on the Flat, finding plenty to make his second start for this yard a winning one at Pontefract (10f) in June. Showed only poor form in a pair of juvenile hurdles last winter but should be capable of better providing he settles (can take strong hold).

Found only one too good on the first of 2 starts in bumpers earlier in the year and has made the frame all 3 outings on the Flat subsequently, running to a fair level. Not forlorn hope if taking to hurdling.
