Forecasts

Cougar (5/6), Old Victoria (15/8), New Year Honours (5/1), Snapius (20/1), Uberrima Fides (25/1), Poets Cottage (28/1), Power To Love (150/1), Mornington Bay (250/1)

COUGAR quickened to lead late in impressive fashion when making a successful switch to hurdling at Gowran and he's fancied to follow up despite the penalty. French winner Old Victoria is an obvious threat starting out for a powerful yard and her stablemate New Year Honours isn't without hope for all that she lacks the jumping experience of the first-named pair.
