Golden Town³¹

Age: 11| Weight: 11-11| J: Charlotte Jones⁽³⁾| T: James Moffatt| OR: 97| D

22/1

Veteran who has dropped a fair way in the weights without really showing enough to suggest he's likely to take advantage.

Form: 55-7448

Maisiebella²⁰²

Age: 9| Weight: 11-3| J: Lee Edwards| T: J Groucott| OR: 89

16/1

Low-mileage mare who was all the better for her belated return in February when just failing at Carlisle (17f) in March. Not in same form following month and off since.

Form: 744/926-

Grandee¹⁶⁰

Age: 8| Weight: 11-2| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: J & S Best| OR: 88

7/4

Potentially very well handicapped over hurdles based on his Flat form and shaped encouragingly after 10 months off when third of 8 in handicap (10/1) at Stratford (16.3f, good to soft) in May. Off again since.

Form: 770/7-3

Mactavish^p1¹⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-2| J: Peter Kavanagh⁽⁵⁾| T: D Thompson| OR: 88

9/1

Ran best race when second in handicap hurdle at this C&D (good to soft) 14 days ago despite making mistakes. Not taken lightly in first-time headgear.

Form: 582402

Legendary Rhythm²⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 10-13| J: David Noonan| T: T Symonds| OR: 85| CD

6/1

Standout effort over fences when third at Leicester (2m) in February. Shaped as if better for the run back over hurdles after 6 months off when seventh of 8 in handicap hurdle at this C&D (good to soft, 10/1) 26 days ago.

Form: 67355-7

Andapa^p⁴⁰

Age: 8| Weight: 10-11| J: T J O'Brien| T: M Roberts| OR: 83| CD

9/2

Dual scorer last summer who returned from 9 months off with good third of 12 at Uttoxeter in June. Not in the same form since, though.

Form: 33-3546

Glenview Beauty²³²

Age: 5| Weight: 10-7| J: Harry Reed| T: N P Mulholland| OR: 79

50/1

Little impact in bumper/over hurdles. Plenty to find on handicap bow/return.

Form: 7970-

Luna Dora^t²⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 10-2| J: Benjamin Poste| T: T Symonds| OR: 73

7/2

Made first impact when good second of 10 in handicap hurdle at this C&D (good to soft) 26 days ago, closing all way to line and unlucky not to win (twice denied a run). Can make amends.

Form: 0F-4472

Torrent Des Mottes^p¹⁹³

Age: 11| Weight: 10-2| J: Philip Armson⁽³⁾| T: J R Cornwall| OR: 72| D

Forecasts

Grandee (7/4), Luna Dora (7/2), Andapa (9/2), Legendary Rhythm (6/1), Mactavish (9/1), She's A Rocca (10/1), Maisiebella (16/1), Golden Town (22/1), Generous Day (28/1), Glenview Beauty (50/1), Torrent Des Mottes (150/1)

LUNA DORA was unable to get into the clear until it was too late when a close second over C&D last month and is fancied to make amends. Grandee is potentially very well treated on his Flat form so rates the main threat ahead of Mactavish.
