Not seen in this sphere since 2019 (fairly useful at his best) but developed into a classy hurdler/chaser for current yard. Below form over fences when last seen but potentially well treated.

Scored at Salisbury in July and creditable efforts since, including when second in first-time blinkers at the same course last time. Not discounted.

Winner at Goodwood in June. Respectable third of 9 in handicap (9/2) at Wolverhampton (14f) 16 days ago, needing stiffer test. In good form and should be well suited by the return to this trip.

Fairly useful winner at 17f over hurdles. Second at Goodwood (2m) in August and quickly back to form when landing a 5-runner event at Ascot last time. Should go well again after a small rise.

Came good for new connections when tackling 2m for the first time at Goodwood in October and travelled well for a long way when fourth in testing conditions at Newbury last week. Considered.

Boosted his good record at Pontefract when digging in to see off Mister Camacho there 25 days ago. Likeable type but this is tougher.

Nathaniel gelding who is lightly raced and relished the longer trip when landing a 12-runner handicap at Chester a month ago. This even stiffer test will suit, and he makes plenty of appeal.

Gained reward for her consistency when scoring at Chelmsford last time but, back on turf just out of the weights, looks vulnerable in this.

Has held form well this season and posted another solid effort when second to Flint Hill at Pontefract 25 days ago. Can make his presence felt if the visor brings about a bit of improvement.

NOVEL LEGEND benefited from the step up in trip when off the mark at Chester last time and an extra two furlongs should suit even more, so he's preferred to Allmankind, who makes obvious appeal from a handicapping perspective back on the Flat. Malakahna did well to get up at Ascot in September and also merits consideration.
