€38,000 3-y-o, £30,000 4-y-o, Fame And Glory gelding. Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler Miss Delighted. Runner-up on third of 3 starts in Irish points back in October 2019. Others make more appeal.
Made a winning debut in tenacious fashion, battling well when successful in 10-runner bumper (2m, soft) at this course in May. Could go well now switched to hurdling over this longer distance.
Looked good prospect when wide-margin winner of Southwell bumper on debut. Disappointed next time but, after 11 months off, back on track when bumping into one at Newbury in February. Can make winning start over hurdles.
€30,000 3-y-o, £60,000 5-y-o, Getaway gelding. Half-brother to smart hurdler/useful chaser War Sound and 2m hurdle winner Allbarkanobite. Successful on second of 2 starts in Irish points in April. Interesting contender.
Mahler gelding. Dam, fair 2m hurdle winner, half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser (stayed 3¼m) Warden Hill. Runner-up sole start in Irish points in April. Watch for market clues with yard going well.
Doyen gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdler/chaser Bangonform. Dam unraced. Maiden Irish pointer but placed last 3 starts (latest outing in March). Wears hood for Rules debut. Faces tough task.
Left previous efforts behind when runner-up in maiden at Fontwell in February. Ran well on handicap bow at Newbury (16.3f, soft) next start despite jumping again lacking fluency. Could have more to offer back up in trip.
Unplaced completed start in Irish points and ran to only a modest level when fourth of 6 in bumper at Ffos Las (15.8f, good) on Rules debut in April. Improvement needed now going hurdling upped in trip.
Well held only start in bumpers but showed more sent hurdling 6 weeks later, second of 11 in novice at Exeter (16.7f, heavy) when last seen in January. Entitled to progress with the step up in trip to suit.
Made the frame in 4 Irish points. Stoutly bred and shaped very much like a stayer when fourth of 7 on hurdles debut at Warwick (19f, heavy) in February. Looks one for further down the line.
Won sole start in Irish points but shaped as if needing run when fifth of 8 in bumper at Bangor (16.7f, good, 3/1) on Rules bow 29 days ago. Could do better upped in trip starting off over hurdles.
Showed plenty of ability in 2 hurdle outings in France, finishing second at Compiegne in March. New stable does well with recruits from across the Channel. Hood fitted. Merits consideration.
No better than mid-division in pair of bumpers 7 months apart, sixth of 8 at Bangor (16.7f, good) 29 days ago. Looks to be up against it on hurdles debut.

Forecasts
Fame And Concrete (2/1), Pearly Island (9/2), Awesome Foursome (5/1), Icare Grandchamp (6/1), I'd Like To Know (8/1), Yellowstone Park (12/1), Getupearly (18/1), Thruthelookinglass (25/1), Catuaba (28/1), Student Chap (40/1), All The Fame (40/1), Jack Doyen (50/1), The Spin King (200/1)
FAME AND CONCRETE got back on track when runner-up in a Newbury bumper when last seen, with the winner going on to Grade 2 success at Aintree, so he can make a successful start over hurdles with this longer trip sure to suit. Heading the list of dangers is French-recruit Icare Grandchamp, with Thruthelookinglass completing the shortlist.
