Coral Novices' Limited Handicap Chase (GBB Race)

Useful dual bumper scorer who jumped much better than previously when doubling his hurdles tally in Grade 2 at Kelso (18.1f, soft) in March, by short head from North Lodge. Not in same form at Aintree on final start but his opening chase mark looks fair on the pick of his hurdles form.

Made light of 16-month absence when landing a Kelso handicap in February 2021. Confirmed that improvement when second here next time and, although he disappointed at Haydock when last seen 17 months ago, he can't be taken lightly on chasing debut/return given he's capable fresh.

Multiple winner over hurdles last season, showing useful form when making all on his Newcastle handicap debut in February. Ran just respectably at this venue on final start but will make a chaser (placed in points).

Opened his account in a Fairyhouse maiden hurdle (16.2f) in February but ran poorly when pulled up at Punchestown on most recent start. Goes chasing with something to prove.
