Likeable type who gained a fifth career success in the Hungerford Stakes at Newbury in August. Failed to fire both starts since, well behind the impressive Sacred back at that venue 3 weeks ago. No easy task off top-weight.
Posted a cracking figure when winning 6f Chelmsford handicap under top-weight in July and he was right back on track when runner-up to Double Or Bubble in the Supreme Stakes at Goodwood. Contrasting tactics didn't work in the Park Stakes last time.
Grand servant who made all in Group 3 events at Haydock and Newmarket July Course this summer. Quickly back to best when runner-up in Group 2 at York in August and he's likely to give it another good shot.
Better than ever on second start for William Haggas when landing Group 2 Prix de Sandringham at Chantilly (1m). Didn't find much for pressure in the Kilboy Estate Stakes at the Curragh last time and now drops markedly in trip.
Big improver on AW for this yard and showed she's fully effective on turf when second in 7f Longchamp listed in May. Superb second in the Oak Tree Stakes at Goodwood and matched that form at Deauville.
Classy 3-y-o, successful in the Nell Gwyn and the Hungerford Stakes. Looked in danger of becoming disappointing but back on track with a bang dropped to listed company when an easy winner at Newbury 3 weeks ago. The one to beat on these terms.
Smart filly, winning 6f listed race here on reappearance and confirmed she's as effective over 7f when edged out in the Sceptre Stakes at Doncaster a month ago. Career best needed to win at this level, though.
Won 15-runner Oak Tree Stakes at Goodwood (7f) in July. Defied a penalty in Group 3 at Deauville in August before creditable third in similar event there following month. Fared about as well as well as could be expected in the Joel Stakes a fortnight ago and now back in trip.

Forecasts
Sacred (13/8), Pogo (7/4), Umm Kulthum (11/1), Purplepay (12/1), Internationalangel (16/1), Jumby (16/1), Oscula (16/1), Misty Grey (20/1)
SACRED got firmly back on track when routing 6 rivals in listed company at Newbury 3 weeks ago and is very much the one to beat. Pogo is rock solid at this trip so he seems sure to go well again, with Internationalangel perhaps the pick of those at longer odds.
