Aidan O'Brien has practically made this race his own in recent years and saddles two strong candidates in CONTINUOUS and Adelaide River this time round. The latter certainly possesses the stronger form courtesy of his near miss in a French Group 3 but Continuous looked good when making a winning debut here last month and he could find the necessary improvement. Roaring Gallagher is another promising type and is third choice ahead of the more established Pivotal Trigger.
