Cosy winner on sole bumper start 10 months ago and belatedly built on hurdles debut promise when landing 13-runner Downpatrick mares' maiden (18.7f) 45 days ago. Hard to oppose in follow-up bid.

Point winner who left the form of her Rules debut well behind when landing a 7-runner bumper at Market Rasen on her first start for Justin Landy in July. Goes hurdling now and looks the main threat to Happy d'ex.
|
Bred to need time and distance so encouraging that she could win a bumper at Worcester on her second outing 12 months ago. Exploits at Aintree/Kelso thereafter were disappointing, though. Needs to get back on track now hurdling.
|
Overbury mare. Half-sister to 3 winners, including fairly useful hurdler Solway Dandy. Offered little when sixth of 9 in a Wetherby bumper back in late 2020.

Forecasts
Happy D'ex (1/7), Lady Stanwix (11/2), Solway Molly (28/1), Solway Primrose (125/1)
HAPPY D'EX was nicely on top of a subsequent winner at Downpatrick last month and this looks an excellent opportunity for her to follow up. Lady Stanwix landed a Market Rasen bumper at the end of July and there appeared to be no fluke about the performance, so she should at least give the selection something to think about if taking to this new discipline.
