Thrice-raced maiden who matched debut form when second of 9 in maiden (4/1) at Redcar (7f, good to firm) 10 days ago, headed final 1f but keeping on. Feasible to think she can do better still now handicapping and interesting what the market makes of her.
Acclamation filly who dispelled lesser Redcar effort when keeping on for fourth in 12-runner handicap at Beverley (5f, good to firm) 4 weeks ago. Mark looks workable if she can prove as effective on all weather now back up in trip.
13/8, matched previous best when second of 7 in handicap at Lingfield (6f, AW) 40 days ago, just failing. No surprise to see him go well again with rider taking off a handy 3 lb.
11/2, best effort yet on back of a wind op when second of 6 in handicap at Ripon (6f, good to firm) 37 days ago, clear of remainder. Winner failed to back that up next time but he's no forlorn hope here.
Hooded for 1st time, creditable fourth of 13 in handicap (9/2) at Newcastle (7.1f) 60 days ago. First run for yard after leaving K. R. Burke and the betting may prove a useful guide.
Returned to form when runner-up in first-time visor in a Doncaster maiden (6f) in June. Subsequent run back at that venue 23 days ago was disappointing but assessor has relinquished grip a little more. Not discounted now blinkered.
7/4, fourth of 5 in minor event at Ffos Las (7.4f, good) 11 days ago, unsuited by way race developed. Cheekpieces on 1st time and return to sprinting will suit.
Remains a maiden after 16 Flat runs. Creditable fourth of 15 in handicap (16/1) at York (5.4f, good to firm) 31 days ago. Possibilities if visor has desired effect once more now making tapeta debut.

Forecasts
International Boy (10/3), Libertus (9/2), Gabriella's Spirit (9/2), Stromboli (6/1), Proclivity (7/1), Soi Dao (10/1), Macchiavello (10/1), Carlton And Co (10/1)
A tricky opener with the narrow vote in favour of LIBERTUS. He returned to his best when just failing over this trip at Lingfield in July and with his rider taking off a handy 3 lb, he could be the answer. Gabriella's Spirit may bounce back in a switch of headgear and is feared, whilst Carlton And Co is closely related to a couple that have done well on all weather and remains unexposed.
