Kitten's Joy colt who produced a promising first effort when second of 13 in minor event at Newbury (6f, good, 22/1) back in June, really catching the eye with his finishing effort. Sure to progress and so he's high on the shortlist.

Forecasts

Lil' Frank (8/13), Nanga Parbat (9/4), Think First (15/2), Sudden Ambush (14/1), Angel's Voice (100/1), Greysful Storm (150/1)

Verdict

Inexperience meant that LIL' FRANK was unable to reward his many supporters when third at Doncaster on debut last month. Sure to have derived a great deal from that initial outing, Roger Varian's colt is fancied to go in at the second time of asking. Nanga Parbat really caught the eye with his finishing effort when runner-up on debut at Newbury and he looks the obvious danger to the selection significantly upped in trip.
