Scored twice over C&D last winter and shaped as if better for the run after 10 weeks off when sixth of 7 in handicap (10/1) at Pontefract (8f, good) 16 days ago, inadequate test. No surprise is he's much closer to form today back on the all-weather.
Took a step back in the right direction despite it being not a most likeable effort when third of 6 in handicap at Haydock (10.2f, good to firm, 16/1) 34 days ago, nearest finish having gone in snatches. Must improve.
Winner at Redcar in April. 9/2, ran well to be placed again when second of 6 in handicap at Hamilton (11.1f, good) 72 days ago. Makes tapeta debut. Looks sure to be in the mix once again.
Remains a maiden after 24 Flat runs. Fifth of 8 in handicap at Pontefract (8f, good, 50/1) 16 days ago. Back up in trip. Others more persuasive.
Bred to stay well and much more like it when runner-up in 1m handicap at Yarmouth 7 weeks ago, clear of the rest. This trip sure to unlock more so likely there's plenty more to come.
13/2, last of 7 in handicap at Musselburgh (9f, good) 14 days ago, finding little. Penultimate second working out well so she's worth a chance to get back on track.
Ran creditably back in a visor when second of 6 in handicap at Pontefract (10f, good, 9/1) 5 weeks ago, no match for winner. Makes tapeta debut. Looks competitive on form.
17/2, just beaten by an improved and much less exposed rival when second of 9 in handicap at Newmarket (10f, good) 8 weeks ago. More required.
C&D winner in December and followed up over 12.5f at this track in January. Not so good when eighth of 9 in handicap at Wolverhampton (12.2f, 11/2) when last seen 6 months ago and will need to hit the ground running on return.
22/1, good third of 9 in handicap at this C&D 16 days ago, merely closing up late. Far from certain to back that up here, however.

Forecasts
Bunker Bay (11/8), Cianciana (3/1), Busby (8/1), Clansman (9/1), Jomont (11/1), Drill To Dream (14/1), Turbulent Power (22/1), Baltic Baron (25/1), Ayr Empress (33/1), Selecto (33/1)
There's plenty to like physically about BUNKER BAY, who ran well sent handicapping for all he found one too good at Yarmouth back in June, and with this trip sure to unlock more, he's fancied to open his account. Clansman is going through a fine spell so he's put forward as the main threat, ahead of Drill To Dream.
