10/1, good third of 7 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm) 8 days ago. That represented a step back in the right direction, but others make more appeal all the same.

Forecasts

Dora Penny (5/6), Brazen Idol (10/3), Major Gatsby (5/1), Social Contact (11/2), Bonita B (7/1), Thismydream (7/1)

DORA PENNY is thriving at present and while another personal best will be needed if she's to see off several other in-form rivals under a big weight, it would be no surprise whatsoever if she proves equal to the task. Major Gatsby opened his turf account at Brighton last time and won't go down without a fight, a remark which also applies to Brazen Idol, who is bidding for the hat-trick following back-to-back victories at Thirsk.
