Low-mileage 6-y-o who built on opening hurdles promise when making a winning handicap chase debut at Perth (23.8f) in June, making all and jumping boldly. Not disgraced back over hurdles at Cartmel since and likely there's more to come back in this sphere. Player.

Winner over hurdles in France earlier in career and confirmed he retains his ability having missed best part of 2 years, third of 7 in a Uttoxeter handicap (20f) in June. Up in trip for chasing bow and interesting what the market makes of him.

Completed hat-trick over hurdles at Perth last summer for Justin Landy but hasn't looked like matching that level back chasing for current yard, no threat from 3 out when third of 4 at Uttoxeter (22.5f) late last month.

7/4
Bumper/hurdles winner who cashed in off sliding mark to make a winning chase bow at Uttoxeter (3m) in June. Beaten only by a resurgent sort back at that venue since (pulled well clear of remainder) and he remains one to be interested in.

Forecasts

Charlie Uberalles (13/8), Aviewtosea (7/4), Farouk De Cheneau (10/3), Shetland Bus (17/2)

Verdict

A winner on chase debut in June, AVIEWTOSEA again ran well when finding only a resurgent rival too strong at Uttoxeter last month. Nicely clear of the remainder that day, he remains one to be interested in from this sort of mark and gets the nod. That said, Charlie Uberalles impressed when getting off the mark over fences on his penultimate start and can give the selection plenty to think about.
