Returned to form when second in a decent Punchestown contest on final start for Gavin Cromwell in May and made a solid start for the Fergal O'Brien team when third of 11 in a competitive Market Rasen handicap 4 weeks ago. Respected.
Off the bridle a long way out but responded to his rider's urgings to ultimately run out a decisive winner of a 6-runner race over C&D last month. 8 lb higher in a stronger race now but always dangerous to discount yard's runners here.
Career best when winning 13-runner handicap hurdle at Cartmel (17f, good to soft, 9/1) in June but not in the same form when only fifth at Ballinrobe last month.
Three-time bumper winner and also successful twice over hurdles last season, including a 2m Musselburgh handicap. Failed to fire in the Scottish Champion Hurdle at Ayr on final start but remains a handicapper with potential. Has a first-time tongue tie added to cheekpieces.
Has returned from a break in good order, third at Warwick prior to scoring in emphatic fashion at Huntingdon. Shaped well when fourth (Wolf Prince third) at Market Rasen since, keeping on from further back than ideal. Major player.
First run since leaving Iain Jardine when respectable 11½ lengths third of 6 to the reopposing Britzka over C&D (good, 3/1) 17 days ago. Has first-time cheekpieces added to the tongue strap he's worn on his last 4 starts.
Successful twice in small-field handicap hurdles this summer but she's likely to find life tougher this afternoon off what is effecitvely an 8 lb higher mark (2 lb out of weights) than she defied at Stratford 16 days ago.
Progressive handicap hurdler who made it 4 wins from his last 5 starts when getting on top towards the finish at Worcester (2m) 23 days ago. More on his plate from 3 lb out of handicap here, though.

Forecasts
Galata Bridge (11/4), Wolf Prince (10/3), Socialist Agenda (11/2), Britzka (13/2), Kavanaghs Cross (15/2), Lady Reset (10/1), Island Mahee (11/1), Noahthirtytwored (14/1)
A useful handicap. GALATA BRIDGE was caught further back than ideal when fourth in the Summer Handicap Hurdle at Market Rasen last month and is taken to turn the tables on Wolf Prince, who was ahead of him in third on that occasion. Socialist Agenda can probably be forgiven his run in the Scottish Champion and appeals as one who could go on to better things this term so he's also on the shortlist.
