Looked useful when winning first 2 starts on the AW and hasn't done a lot wrong in a trio of turf handicaps, edged out fitted with a hood in a good-quality handicap at Haydock last month.

Gelded and not disgraced after 9 months off when fifth of 6 in handicap at Salisbury (14.2f) in June. Unsuited by how race developed at Chester a month ago and better expected here with blinkers likely to sharpen him up.

Doubled tally at Beverley in May and back on track dropped in grade when second of 4 at Doncaster a fortnight ago. Same mark here.
