4/6

Career best when winning 5-runner handicap at this C&D (firm, 11/8) 14 days ago. This 6 lb higher mark will demand more, but he's consistent and clearly goes well here, so bold show anticipated under top apprentice.

6/1

Four wins from 12 runs this year. Didn't need to improve to win 7-runner handicap at Bath (5f, good to firm, 5/2) 52 days ago by short head from Glamorous Breeze, rallying. 2 lb nudge fair enough and leading claims.

Forecasts

Spring Bloom (4/6), Rayong (5/2), Glamorous Breeze (7/2), Airshow (6/1), Hey Ho Let's Go (10/1)

This looks very competitive, despite the small field. AIRSHOW has been given a short break since narrowly outpointing Glamorous Breeze at Bath and meets that rival on slightly better terms here. The 7-y-o is taken to follow up, perhaps again at the chief expense of the Christopher Mason-trained filly. Spring Bloom is feared despite going up 6 lb for his recent C&D success and he is third choice.
