DEFI D'OUDAIRIES is leniently treated on his French chasing form and, from a lower hurdling mark, he ran a cracker when just touched off at Newton Abbot on Sunday, so he's worth a chance to go one better in the hope that the race doesn't come too soon. College Oak has clicked in blinkers lately, so he's feared most, with For Jim also on the radar having bounced back over C&D last time.
