PROUD AND REGAL landed what is traditionally a strong maiden at the Curragh on debut last month and, armed with plenty of potential, he can be expected to take this step up in class in his stride. Aidan O'Brien has farmed this race in recent years, winning each of the last eight renewals, so Age of Kings has to be accorded the utmost respect. Pearling Path is also feared on the back of his fine effort in the Chesham at Royal Ascot.
