Verdict

This looks ripe for SCARLET DRAGON, who posted his best effort for a while without the usual headgear when fourth at Newbury last month, looking as though he may emerge on top until his effort petered out in the closing stages. Dropping back in trip here looks a good move and he remains on a very appealing mark. There's a chance that this will develop into a tactical affair, a scenario that would count against Tiger Bettle, and it could be that Eton Blue and Carp Kid will fill the places.
