Fair performer on the Flat who again ran creditably when fourth in 14-runner Goodwood handicap (9f) early on last month. Never totally convinced on first spell over hurdles last year, though and he's a long while without a win.
Arrives very much on the up escaping a penalty for his C&D victory and having little trouble in completing 4-timer at Worcester (20f) 18 days ago. Much higher mark to contend with now but he's a player nevertheless.
Hurdles winner at Hexham last year who went in again over fences at that venue in May. Poor efforts have followed in that sphere however, so bounce back called for returned to smaller obstacles.
Hit the crossbar on first two starts for this yard following eight months off and not far off her best when 9¼ lengths fifth of 9 to Appreciate in a C&D handicap 26 days ago. Fact she remains winless after 26 starts is off-putting, however.
Fair winner on the level in France and promise on his qualifying run over hurdles at Plumpton (15.9f) in April. Easy to back, ran poorly on handicap debut at Newton Abbot in May but it does remain early days at least.
4-y-o who offered a modicum of promise in trio of juvenile hurdles for Graeme McPherson last summer. Respectable efforts on 3 of last 4 starts on Flat and progress is certainly possible now handicapping in this sphere.
In process of running well when falling at Fakenham (20f) in May and far from disgraced when fourth at Worcester (20f) since, plugging on. However, losing run stretches back to 2019.
Shed maiden tag at Newton Abbot (18.5f) 12 months ago and back to that sort of form when runner-up at that venue in May. Not so good either start since, though.
Fair Flat winner for Mick Appleby but offered little in trio of maiden hurdles at up to 21.5f for present stable. Much more needed now handicapping on the back of a wind op. Cheekpieces refitted.
Left Fergal O'Brien after one run and little to shout about in 3 starts for present stable, well held on handicap debut at Uttoxeter (20f) 14 days ago. More needed.

A tricky opener with a chance taken on EAGLE'S REALM. He offered some promise in juvenile hurdles last year and, arriving fit from the Flat, he could well be up to taking a step forward now handicapping in this sphere for Fergal O'Brien. Appreciate arrives on a roll and is feared in pursuit of the 5-timer despite his inflated mark, whilst Beat The Heat also arrives in good heart and can also figure.
