Won this race last year and back in form over C&D under Brian Hughes in recent weeks, winning then a close fifth (Young William third, Go Bob Go fourth). Bold show likely.
Long-standing maiden but he has run well over C&D on his last 2 outings, runner-up last month then splitting Young William and Pammi when fourth 13 days ago. Likely to be in the thick of things again.
Didn't make much of an impact in bumpers/over hurdles for Philip Hobbs during 2020/21 but has won a point since and he made more of an impact back hurdling when third over C&D 13 days ago, with reopposing pair Go Bob Go and Pammi behind in fourth and fifth. Player.
Fair winner for Graeme McPherson but struggled for form since, including tailed-off last of 9 over C&D last month.
Yet to register a victory. Well held on stable debut here last month but seemed to be running a bit better when falling 2 out at Kelso since. Still not easy to make a compelling case for, though.
Showed a good attitude when winning handicap hurdle at Sedgefield (27f) last September but he has something of an all-or-nothing profile and has been well beaten on all 4 outings since.
Ended losing streak stretching back over 2 years when successful in handicap at Catterick (25) on New Year's Day. Best run since when third over 2½m here last month. Needs to show he can string good runs together now.
Temperamental sort who regained winning ways in handicap hurdle at Musselburgh (3m) in December. Lesser efforts since.
Exposed as poor maiden hurdler and distant fourth in 17f Cartmel novice on recent yard debut. More realistic chance back in handicap but watching brief still advised now stepping up significantly in trip.
Multiple point winner, including last month. Best run over hurdles when 1½ lengths fourth to stablemate West Lawn at Hexham (23f) 14 days ago. Claims if she can build on that.

Pammi (9/4), Go Bob Go (3/1), Young William (6/1), Late Date (13/2), Frankies Fire (13/2), Eclair Des Sablons (15/2), Emirat De Catana (17/2), Golden Chancer (9/1), New Zealander (28/1), Halcyon Dreams (33/1), Hattaab (40/1), Oscar Blue (80/1)
YOUNG WILLIAM is worth a chance to confirm recent narrow C&D superiority over Go Bob Go and Pammi as that was his first start for his new stable so it's possible he could build on it. Frankies Fire took a step forward when a close fourth at Hexham a fortnight ago and is another who could figure.
