Fair winning hurdler for Alan King but lost way over fences for that yard. Too free over timber initially for this yard but much more like it when second at Warwick. Poor effort there since, however, so bit to prove back over fences.

Left previous form well behind switched to handicap company when winning at Ffos Las (2m) last month. That was only his second start over fences so he can defy a 5 lb rise.

Left previous efforts behind when second in 19.4f Stratford handicap chase and did a bit too much too soon at Fontwell next time. Quickly back to form when off the mark at Fakenham last month and likely player again in first-time headgear.

Poor maiden whose latest form looks dubious. 3 lb out of the handicap and others preferred.

Point runner-up. Well held all 3 outings over hurdles last season but much more of an impact when runner-up in 2 handicap chases at Worcester last month. More needed again from 8 lb out of the handicap, however.

Demoted to second having been first past the post at Newton Abbot last summer but struggled subsequently, including over fences. 10 lb out of the handicap.
