Foaled April 7. £100,000 yearling, Ardad colt. Dam, unraced, out of winning sister to smart 1¼m/1½m performer Dancing Sunset. Plenty of newcomers from yard of late have shaped better for the run but he's respected in this line-up.

Foaled April 15. £21,000 yearling, Dandy Man colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including 5f/5.3f winner Cosmopolitan Girl and 2-y-o 5f winner Tecumseh. Dam 2-y-o 5f winner. Plenty to like on paper although stable don't get too many successful newcomers.

Foaled February 22. €180,000 yearling, Almanzor colt. Half-brother to useful winner up to 6.5f Fastidious and 2-y-o 5.5f-8.5f winner Central Park West, both in France. Appeals on paper and yard had a winning newcomer last week. One to consider.

Foaled February 20. 45,000 gns yearling, Acclamation colt. Dam, winner up to 9.5f (2-y-o 5f winner), half-sister to useful 1m-1½m winner William Haigh out of useful 9f-1½m winner (stayed 1¾m) Ivowen. Would be a rare winner first time up for yard if he obliged here.

Foaled March 26. 52,000 gns yearling, Kodiac colt. Dam 2-y-o 6f (Grangecon Stud Stakes) winner who stayed 7f. Yard have had plenty of successful newcomers again this season and he has to be considered.
