Forecasts

Morgenstern (7/4), High Noon (3/1), Any Givin Sunday (7/2), Avoid De Master (11/2), Rizzardo (8/1)

Verdict

HIGH NOON is in better heart than his recent form figures suggest, hampered at the first and left with a lot to do when fourth at Hexham last time. The 10-y-o has now dropped 3 lb below his last winning mark though and, with the usual cheekpieces reapplied, he can make it a third course success, Recent Hexham winner Avoid de Master is feared most, ahead of Morgenstern if he is turned out again quickly.
