Runner-up on first 4 starts over hurdles before off the mark with a decisive win in a Haydock novice in March. Improved from that effort when following up at Perth a month later. Going the right way.
Well-related Newbury bumper winner who finished in the frame on first 4 outings over hurdles, often strong in the betting. Justified support on handicap debut at Worcester last time. Can follow up.
C&D winner. Flattered to finish as close as he did when third of 5 in handicap at Sedgefield (19.8f). Backed up that effort when sixth of 11 at Haydock (15.6f) next time, though still below his best.
Completed a 4-timer in handicaps at around 2m last season. After 4 months off, ran well when second of 5 at Chepstow 22 days ago even if flattered by his proximity to the winner. Can go well again.
Returned to winning ways in handicap at Haydock (18.9f) in March, form boosted by the 2nd and 3rd scoring since. Not discredited at Uttoxeter (19.9f) 14 days ago but more needed off current mark.
Flat winner who landed a Newcastle jumpers' bumper in February 2021. Successful in Plumpton maiden hurdle 2 months later, but below par on handicap debut when last seen. Off 12 months/had a wind op.
Bagged her fifth win of 2021 in Stratford handicap last October. Winning run came to a halt at Taunton later that month and off since. Much depends on whether she's primed after her break.
Flat winner who scored over hurdles on second outing. Failed to complete upped in grade next 3 starts, but won juvenile at Huntingdon in March before third in Grade 3 handicap at Cheltenham. Contender.
Winner on the Flat and off the mark over hurdles on second start at Catterick in November. Stiff task when well held in listed race at Musselburgh in February. Left Alan King and below form last time.
Brother to Sprinter Sacre and easily won Kempton bumper in early-2020. Not kicked on over hurdles, though his mark has dropped further and wasn't disgraced at Newbury in March. Not dismissed lightly.

Forecasts
Charlie's Glance (3/1), Flinteur Sacre (4/1), Parisencore (9/2), Addosh (11/2), Hurricane Ali (9/1), Orchard Grove (9/1), Blakeney Point (10/1), Gylo (14/1), Pillar Of Steel (40/1), Sonning (80/1)
A competitive contest but CHARLIE'S GLANCE is taken to follow up having opened his account last time. He may have won only narrowly at Worcester, but it was without being hard driven and he looks like the type to keep progressing in handicaps. Amongst the dangers are the hat-trick seeking Parisencore and Orchard Grove, who racked up a 4-timer last season and could step up from his recent run.
