Improved when third in handicap hurdle at Doncaster in January after 4 months off/in 1st time tongue tie. Off the mark next time in 3-runner event at Newcastle, travelling well. More needed.

Well backed, didn't need to improve when off the mark in handicap hurdle over C&D 21 days ago, going best when left in front 2 out. Could be more to come now that she's got her head in front.

Modest Flat winner who remains a maiden in this sphere and is difficult to catch right. Pulled up last 2 starts and drop back in trip is not enough to tempt.

Modest maiden hurdler for Sean Conway. Off 15 months, shaped better than the result on debut for new yard, refusing to settle in handicap at Uttoxeter (19.9f) in January. Interesting back at 2m

Ran respectably when second of 6 in handicap at Carlisle (17f) in March, no match for winner. Still firmly in touch when falling 4 out over C&D 21 days ago. Finding her way over hurdles and can go well.

Ran poorly on chase debut at Carlisle in December but runner-up in handicap hurdle at Musselburgh next time. However, that remains a standout effort and she was pulled up over fences last time.

Forecasts

Durragh (7/4), The Girl That Sang (5/2), Annies Regatta (9/2), She's A Rocca (7/1), Lizzie Loch (10/1), That's Your Lottie (16/1)

Verdict

THE GIRL THAT SANG showed plenty of speed last time over 19.9f on her stable debut so the drop back in trip looks a positive move. That was also her first run following 15 months off and the 8-y-o can build on that effort to open her account. Durragh is feared most after getting off the mark over C&D, while Annies Regatta can go well having still been in contention when falling 4 out here last time.
