Fairly useful novice hurdler who made encouraging start over fences when runner-up at Chepstow (2m) on return. Disappointed both starts since upped in trip (had another wind op prior to latest).
|
Fair 2m hurdles winner who left his chasing debut behind (had wind op) when making all in novice handicap at Bangor (20.3f) last month. Still on a workable mark based on hurdles form. The one to beat.
|
Gained breakthrough win in handicap hurdle at Ayr (2m) in November. Soon back to form last 2 starts, fifth of 14 at Musselburgh (17.4f) on latest having had every chance until last. Makes chase debut.

Forecasts
Spark Of Madness (13/8), Bob's Bar (15/8), Fabrique En France (15/8)
BOB'S BAR arrives on the back of a win and appeals as the most solid option. His second wind op seemed to have the desired effect as he stepped up from his chase debut to make all at Bangor last time. The 6-y-o can cope with the drop back in trip with Brian Hughes on board and is preferred to Fabrique En France, who has a bit to prove after his last 2 starts, while Spark of Madness makes his chase debut.
