Age: 7| Weight: 12-0| J: Philip Armson⁽⁵⁾| T: J Coulson| OR: 92| C

9/2

Off the mark here (3m) in November and mostly creditable placed efforts since, including when third at Huntingdon on debut for this yard 2 weeks ago despite doing plenty wrong. Shortlist material down in class.

Elkstone³⁸

Age: 11| Weight: 11-13| J: J M Quinlan| T: Mrs Caroline Bailey| OR: 91| D

14/1

One of better recent efforts when fourth at Huntingdon but his profile is largely in-and-out and has looked irresolute, so no surprise he ran poorly at Stratford 10 days later.

Form: P49743-

Brooksway Fair^p1,t⁶⁸

Age: 6| Weight: 11-10| J: Adam Wedge| T: Evan Williams| OR: 88| D

11/4

Winner in this sphere at Ffos Las in November but runs have got worse since, remote fourth in handicap chase at Sedgefield (21.1f, soft, 3/1) 68 days ago. Headgear on.

Form: 6/51444-

Ajay's Ways^b,t²⁴

Age: 8| Weight: 11-8| J: Kielan Woods| T: F O'Brien| OR: 86| CD

6/1

Justified good support to make a winning start over fences over C&D in January but he's been below that level in 3 starts since, tried in this headgear latest.

Form: 981736-

Lakeside Lad¹⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-4| J: M G Nolan| T: J W Mullins| OR: 82

3/1

Poor maiden hurdler but at least showed he retains his ability after 15 months off this spring, creditable fourth of 18 in handicap at Exeter (23.1f, good to soft) 19 days ago. Makes chase debut.

Form: 920/754-

Aleatoric^b¹⁵

Age: 6| Weight: 11-4| J: G Sheehan| T: Martin Smith| OR: 82

8/1

In good heart on the Flat in recent months, but he's clearly more of a force on artificial surfaces and struggled on belated chase bow at Huntingdon 2 weeks ago.

Form: 306/P45-

Vinnie's Getaway¹⁶

Age: 8| Weight: 10-11| J: Tabitha Worsley⁽³⁾| T: C Hobson| OR: 75

15/2

Perth hurdle winner for Olly Murphy last summer but hasn't really threatened to add to his tally for this yard, no impression on winner when second in a race full of casualties at Plumpton latest. Others are preferred again.

Forecasts

Go All The Way (5/2), Brooksway Fair (11/4), Lakeside Lad (3/1), Dubai Guest (9/2), Ajay's Ways (6/1), Vinnie's Getaway (15/2), Aleatoric (8/1), Elkstone (14/1), Stinggrey (25/1)

DUBAI GUEST isn't the most straightforward, but he made a respectable start for this yard at Huntingdon 2 weeks ago and this looks a winnable race for him. Go All The Way failed to justify support on first start for this stable at Fontwell last month but is worth another chance with headgear re-fitted.
