Bumper winner who struck at first time of asking over hurdles in a 23f Bangor maiden last April. Ran to a similar level when fourth on his Ludlow return but was pulled up on his handicap debut last time.

Useful chaser at best but out of sorts for new yard this season. Showed little when returned to hurdling at Huntingdon in January, so has plenty to prove.
Completed a handicap hurdle hat-trick in autumn 2019. Found life tougher since but he stepped up on his comeback run when third at Sedgefield 30 days ago, despite the run of the race going against him, and is now 3 lb lower. Player.
Winner of a Stratford maiden and Hereford novice on first 2 starts in this sphere. However, pulled up on handicap debut at Fontwell and jumped badly when well held at Warwick last time. Cheekpieces on.
Took advantage of a much-reduced mark to register his first win in over 3 years in 5-runner handicap at Taunton in March. Just as good when third at Market Rasen last time, despite needing a stronger gallop, so very much respected.
Ffos Las winner in November and cast aside a couple of lesser efforts when runner-up back at that venue in February. Disappointing at Ludlow last time, so needs to bounce back.
Maiden hurdler who bounced back to form when second over C&D in February. Not so good on chasing debut at Wincanton but possibly found the race coming too soon.

Forecasts
Johnny B (11/4), Trixster (3/1), Mason Jar (4/1), To Be Sure (11/2), Danny Whizzbang (9/1), Ballintubber Boy (11/1), Aviewtosea (14/1), Storm Rising (20/1)
MASON JAR stepped up on his comeback run when third at Sedgefield, despite the run of the race going against him, so he has to be of interest having eased a further 3 lb in the weights. Trixster confirmed his return to form at Market Rasen 2 weeks ago and looks the main threat ahead of Johnny B.
