Sole success from 27 starts for Des Donovan in Ireland came in a 2½m Clonmel handicap chase last spring. 0-15 in this sphere, but makes debut for shrewd yard at a lowly level and confidence behind him in the betting would look significant.
Veteran who ran out the surprise winner of a Newton Abbot handicap chase when last seen in July (has had a wind op in the interm). Tongue tie now added and faces a stiff task back hurdling on these terms.
Showed more spark when making the frame in handicaps at Exeter and Catterick in January/February. However, poor efforts the last twice (over fences tried in cheekpieces last time) and connections now reach for blinkers.
Hit-and-miss since scoring over fences at Huntingdon in November 2020 and he's yet to strike following nine attempts in this sphere. No more than an each-way squeak on these terms.
Has offered little in half-a-dozen starts under Rules and looks set for another struggle.
French Flat winner who went close in an AW bumper at Kempton last February. Would be a big player if able to translate that form to this sphere, but barely beaten a rival home in handicap hurdles on last four starts.
Notched third success over fences at Ffos Las (2m) recently and though still a maiden following eight appearances in this sphere, he has hit the crossbar three times in handicap hurdles. One of the more likely winners.
Perfect start for new yard when landing a Stratford seller (18.6f) in October. Not disgraced when third at Taunton the following month and claims if fully tuned-up back from a break with conditions in his favour.
Went in snatches when well held in a bumper and very little to shout about in maiden/novice hurdles, distant last of five finishers when blinkered for the first time (retained here) at Warwick last week.

An Marcach (5/4), Secret Secret (11/4), Ring The Moon (5/1), Quiana (16/1), The Silver Ginge (16/1), Mackie Dee (18/1), Hartland Quay (28/1), Bees And Honey (33/1), Mister Moretti (40/1), Candyman Can (40/1)
Dr Richard Newland has his string in good order and Irish-import AN MARCACH is taken to make a winning start for the yard. The 8-y-o has largely failed to fire since scoring over fences last March, but he's eased in grade back over hurdles and is just about the one to beat on these terms. Ring The Moon and Secret Secret can fill the places.
