Useful novice who won twice last term and shaped well when third at Hereford on his chasing bow in January. Steps up in trip here after failing to make an impact in the Imperial Cup last time.

Back to best when 66/1 winner of Lanzarote at Kempton last winter and though he hasn't yet improved upon that form this term, now looks well handicapped and isn't one to rule out.

Winning pointer who made light of 11 month-absence when taking Hereford maiden hurdle with plenty in hand in November. Lost all winning chance with a final flight mistake at Ludlow last time and is worth another go back up in trip.

Generally out of sorts over hurdles/fences this season, merely closing up late when third at Stratford 16 days ago. Easy enough to pass over at present.

An improved model this season, opening his account at Exeter in October and thereabouts on each of his 5 starts since. Looks a very solid proposition in this grade and should again be in the mix.

Showed promise in novice hurdles and made a winning start in handicaps at Chepstow last month. Improved further when runner-up at Hereford last time and he's likely to go well again.

Progressive across the first half of the season but disappointed as favourite when soundly beaten at Uttoxeter last time. Possible that the handicapper now has him in his grip but not entirely ruled out after wind op.

Well-ridden by this jockey to cause a 22/1 upset at Hereford 31 days ago, getting first run on the reopposing The Street. 6 lb higher now but can't be ruled out.
