Lost his way for Dan Skelton but down in the weights and off the mark at third attempt for this yard over fences at Bangor last week. Same mark here back hurdling but that race did fall apart.
Won a brace of novice hurdles in 2019/20. Lightly raced and had several breathing operations in that time. Weakened after a year off over fences last month and lot to prove back hurdling.
Losing run stretches back to 2017 but he didn't do a lot wrong behind a handicap blot at Catterick in January. Bit disappointing back up in trip last time bur eased further 2 lb as a result.
Fairly useful 1m Flat winner for Chris Wall and has made a promising start over hurdles, placed in maiden/novice company in recent weeks. May have more to offer in handicaps.
Got back on track when third of 5 in handicap hurdle at Market Rasen (20.6f) last month. Eased further 1 lb and drop back in trip shouldn't be an issue so he's a major player.
Running respectably when fell last in 2m handicap hurdle at Newcastle in January but kept the errors down when shedding maiden tag at Sedgefield 16 days ago. Can give it another good go up 6 lb.
Yet to win a race of any description, but has made the frame in handicaps off higher marks this season. May have needed the run at Ayr 10 days ago but even so he still finished very weakly.

Forecasts
Bucephalus (3/1), North Parade (10/3), Antunes (7/2), One For Billy (9/2), Sayar (8/1), Ugo Du Misselot (11/1), Serious Ego (12/1), Black Pirate (18/1)
ONE FOR BILLY stopped the rot at Market Rasen last month, and now he's back in reasonable nick, he looks too well treated to ignore. Former stablemate Antunes won last time but is no banker to be in the same form, with Bucephalus another to consider on handicap debut.
