Southwell claiming hurdle winner in August 2020. Disappointing after for David Pipe but down in the weights and more like it for this yard when runner-up at Perth in June. Off since.
Flat winner in February 2020 but lightly raced and little to get exicted about in various company since. On the plus side, cheekpieces are back on and he's been given a big chance by the assessor.
Winner for Ms Debbie Hartnett but low-key start over hurdles, including both starts for this yard.
C&D winner in February 2021 and now 3 lb lower. Second in repeat bid last month and had since left Jennie Candlish.
Long-standing maiden but he's pretty consistent at his sort of level, finding only one too good in re-fitted cheekpieces at Musselburgh a month ago. Should give it another good go up 3 lb.
Showed promise in bumpers for Willie Mullins but yet to confirm that over hurdles for his current yard, albeit he wasn't ideally placed on handicap debut at Sedgefield.
Second in a point and offered something to work on in an Irish bumper during the summer. No real impact in his qualifying runs but handicaps are at least more suitable. Hood left off.
Capitalised on a reduced mark when landing a C&D handicap last month. Proved suited by the strong pace that day and was in nothing like the same form under a penalty a week later.
Fair ex-Irish hurdler who has yet to hit top form for this yard.
French claiming winner who has tumbled in the weights and more like it when fourth over C&D 3 weeks ago. Obvious claims if he can back this up.
Found some improvement to double career tally at Newcastle (2m) in December and not disgraced when mid-field in a race containing more depth at Ayr next time. Held when falling last time.
Often looked hard work but he stuck at it when third over C&D 3 weeks ago (just ahead of Penpal). 2 lb "wrong" this time but he still needs considering.
Veteran who only retains a little ability and lacks consistency these days. Hard to fancy from 4 lb out of the weights.

Forecasts
Killane (9/2), Go Bob Go (9/2), Penpal (9/2), Old Jewry (6/1), Strike Of Lighting (7/1), Barnay (9/1), Lucky Lover Boy (12/1), Pistol (12/1), Tommydan (22/1), Malangen (25/1), Snowed In (28/1), Glory (50/1), Derracrin (50/1)
PENPAL stopped the slide when fourth over C&D 3 weeks ago and he now looks too well treated to ignore. Lucky Lover Boy is also of interest from a handicapping perspective in re-fitted cheekpieces, while Go Bob Go should give it another good shot.
