Placed both starts in points and positive hurdles debut in first-time hood when runner-up over C&D in January. Failed to build on that at Doncaster recently, but leading claims back here all the same.

Maiden Irish pointer who hasn't shown a great deal in a couple of starts in this sphere. Probably more one for handicaps further down the line.
Beaten a fair way in novice hurdles at Fontwell and Exeter last month, and huge step forward needed if he's to play a leading role in this contest.
Shaped well in a steadily-run race when second of 11 in an Ayr maiden (2m) in January, finishing well. Wasn't seen to best effect at Carlisle since and, still open to improvement, he's a big player.
Pulled up sole start between the flags and offered little on recent Rules debut in a 19.7f novice hurdle here.
Yet to get his head in front but lost little caste in defeat when hitting the crossbar in a 17f Carlisle maiden a fortnight ago. Conditions shouldn't be a problem and he has to enter calculations.

Forecasts
Netywell (6/4), Ritson (7/4), Cartonne (5/2), Pileup (40/1), Heritier De Sivola (50/1), Labei Vitesse (80/1)
It was a decent novice in which NETYWELL was fourth at Carlisle last month and, with the promise of better come from this 5-y-o, he looks the one to be on here. Cartonne is respected for all that his latest effort was rather underwhelming, but Ritson, who found just one too strong at Carlisle recently, is second choice.
