Gained a third career success under a positive ride at Wetherby in December and backed it up with an excellent second at Lingfield last month. Another bold showing is on the cards.
Form tailed off following a promising start over fences last season. Hasn't fired yet this term but he's unexposed for a thriving yard and a return to chasing should suit back from a break.
Hurdles winner who has already scored twice in this sphere and could be forgiven for a lesser effort faced with a stiff task in the Scilly Isles at Sandown 3 weeks ago. Could resume progress.
Crucially jumped better when opening chase account at this course last March. Not knocked about when only sixth in a handicap here 84 days ago, but could be spot on now.
Fairly useful chaser who was right back on his game when runner-up at Wetherby 10 days ago. Remains well treated and should go well again for all this is a higher grade of handicap

Forecasts
Eclair D'Ainay (7/4), Al Dancer (5/2), Destined To Shine (4/1), Fugitif (7/1), Duc De Beauchene (8/1)
AL DANCER returns to chasing on an appealing mark and, although he's not been at the top of his game this season, he's fancied to bounce back after a break with his stable in rude health. In-form pair Eclair D'Ainay and Destined To Shine should give the selection plenty to think about in a tightly-knit contest.
