Point/hurdles winner but has made discouraging start in this sphere to date. Plenty to prove at present.

Never really threatened when third of 4 in C&D handicap a fortnight ago but remains low mileage over fences and can't be ruled out.

Off mark in points at second attempt in April but shaped as if amiss at Cheltenham later that month and not seen since. Tries handicapping now.

Run creditably last twice over fences, latest when fifth of 11 in handicap at Taunton (18.2f, good to soft, 15/2) 15 days ago. Not taken lightly.

Back to chase debut form when third of 11 in handicap at Taunton (18.2f, good to soft) 15 days ago. 1 lb lower now and is one for the shortlist. Cheekpieces on first time.

Back from 8 months off when disappointing over hurdles at Leicester 29 days ago, dropping away quickly 3 out. Was successful in points, however, so switch to chasing may bring about improvement.

Three-time winner on the Flat and placed on a couple of occasions over hurdles. Not an obvious recruit to this sphere but worth a market check on first attempt. Cheekpieces on first time.

Poor hurdler/chaser who finished well held on return from 10-month absence at Hereford 50 days ago. Best watched from 4 lb out of the handicap.

Well held in a bumper and 3 starts over timber. Remains to be seen if switch to chasing/handicapping brings about improvement. 6 lb out of the weights.
