Dual 2m hurdles winner in 2018. Very lightly raced for present stable and while he ran no sort of a race on return at Lingfield in October, this 10-y-o will be a big player if on-song here.

Ended last season in good form, landing handicap hurdles at Huntingdon and Sedgefield. Off the mark at third attempt over fences at Wetherby (21.3f, heavy) and merits respect, despite the 9 lb rise.

Multiple hurdles/chase winner who has generally been out of sorts this season, again offering little when pulled up at Newbury last month. Down 5 lb in a lower-grade handicap now, but looks risky.

Resumed winning ways off 1 lb higher at Newcastle last spring. Largely creditable efforts in defeat since, save for a shocker at Wetherby last time, and possibilities if he puts his best foot forward.

Bumper winner who failed to strike over hurdles but made it third time lucky in this sphere with a decisive display Fakenham (21.2f, soft) on New Year's Day. 7 lb rise tolerable and he's a key player.

On a good mark judged on form a few seasons back, but there were very positives to glean from his spin over hurdles at Doncaster following a 2-year absence. Cheekpieces refitted.

Fairly useful maiden over hurdles/fences in France, but having hanged hands for €10,000 in December he has offered little in 2 starts on this side of the Channel.

BRIANSTORM has an all-or-nothing profile and his Lingfield reappearance effort falls squarely into the 'nothing' category. However, he's been given a break since and will have every chance for his in-form yard if the mood takes. Holes can be picked in the form of the races Animal and Guetapan Collonges won last time, but these 6-y-os have less to prove than the others and rate the main dangers.
